Help please!

a) how much heat is needed to raise the temperature of a 3.5 kg steel pot containing 3.0 kg of water from 28 oc to the boiling point and then to boil away 2.0 kg of the water?

b) if heat is supplied to the pot of water at the rate of 150 cal/minutes, how long will this take?
