since we know that 1lb is really 16oz, then, $3.60 for 16oz, how much is it for 4.75oz?

[tex]\bf \begin{array}{ccll} \${data-answer}amp;oz\\ \text{\textemdash\textemdash\textemdash}&\text{\textemdash\textemdash\textemdash}\\ 3.60&16\\ x&4.75 \end{array}\implies \cfrac{3.60}{x}=\cfrac{16}{4.75}\implies \cfrac{3.60\cdot 4.75}{16}=x[/tex]
