In order for Mark to win, the sum of numbers shown up on the two dice must be 9.

Following numbers if shown on the two dice can make Mark to win:

a) (3,6)
b) (4,5)
c) (5,4)
d) (6,3)

Apart from these 4, no combination of numbers result in a sum of 9 when two Dice are rolled.

Therefore, there are 4 possible outcomes for Mark to win.
