The urinary system is involved in regulating fluid levels and chemical content of the blood.
The components of the urinary system are: kidneys, ureters, urinary bladder, and urethra.
This system produces, stores, and eliminates urine. It eliminates wastes and regulates volume and chemical composition of blood and by doing so it helps to maintain the acid-base balance of body fluids.
