y=3x-5 --------- equation (1)

y=2x-6 --------- equation (2)

Sub (1) into (2) :

3x - 5 = 2x - 6

3x - 2x = -6 + 5

x = -1

Sub x = -1 into (2)

y = 2(-1) - 6 = -8

Answer: x = -1 , y = -8
