"ent" at the end of a verb is not pronounced.

They drink: ils boivent


"ent" at the end of a noun IS pronounced.

Exemple:

An apartment: un appartement


"ent" at the end of a adjective is pronounced :


Exemple:

- Happy: content


"ent" at the end of a adverb is pronounced.

Exemple:

Absolutely: absolument

The ‘ent’ in « comment » should be pronounced ‘mah’. In total - « comment » is said « koh-mah ».
