The answer is: (3y + 5) (5y - 3)

Step 1: Split the second term in 15y²+16y-15 into two terms. 15y²+25y-9y-15

Step 2: Factor out common terms in the first two terms, then in the last two terms. 5y(3y+5) - 3(3y + 5)

Step 3: Factor out the common term. 3y + 5

You will then get your answer: (3y + 5) (5y - 3)

Hope this helps you! Have a wonderful night!
