Ok, so since the graph of the line starts/ stops at the point [tex](0,0)[/tex] we already know that y has to be equal to 0.

Now, because the y-axis is up and down, and the x-axis is left and right, your answer is [tex]y\geq 0[/tex] or y is less than or equal to 0  because the line is above (0,0) and also touches it
