A quarter is 1.75 mm thick. So, to count how many quarter would "fit" in you when vertically stacked, you have to divide your height by the quarter thickness.

For example, my height is 1.70m, which is 1700mm. So, it would take

[tex] \dfrac{1700}{1.75} \approx 971 [/tex]

quarters to reach my height.
