P(blue) is 23/82 the sum is 82 and there is 23 blue balls

to find the probability of picking a blue marble, first we add all the marbles together:
28+21+23+10=82

since there are 23 blue marbles in the bag out of a total of 82 marbles, the probability of picking a blue marble is 23/82.

P(blue)= 23/82
