Perimeter is the sum of the triangles sides. While the area of a triangle is the base times the height, divided by two.

The perimeter and area of the triangle will be 180cm and 3978cm² respectively.

The perimeter of the triangle will be:

= 30cm + 72cm + 78cm

= 180cm

The area of the triangle will be:

= 1/2(30 + 72) × 78

= 3978cm²
