Aidan bought 4 slices of pizza and a soda for a total of $7. If a soda costs $1, how much does a slice of pizza cost?

Subtract the cost of the soda from the total price to find how much all the pizza cost. Then divide the total cost of the pizza by the number of slices bought:


7 -1 = 6

Total cost of pizza was $6


6 / 4 = 1.50

Cost for one slice of pizza $1.50
