As we know that frame-shift mutation occur due to insertion or deletion of nucleotide and insertions and deletions cause a change in the length of a gene, which causes a shift in the codon reading frame. A frame-shift occur when protein is drastically altered because of insertion or deletion. Tay sach disease is human disorder caused by frame-shift mutation.
