How do you find the radius from area?

so the area of a circle is=π [tex]r^{2}[/tex]

r is the radius and π is 3.14

divide both sides by π

a/π= [tex]r^{2}[/tex]

and if you know the area (a) then divide it by π and use the square root to find r
