First of all, we can simplify the expression:

[tex](4x-y)^3-(2-xy) = (4x-y)^3+xy-2[/tex]

Substitute x=-2 and y=3 to get

[tex](4x-y)^3+xy-2 \longrightarrow (4(-2)-3)^3+3(-2)-2\\= (-8-3)^3-6-2\\= (-11)^3-8\\=-1331-8\\=-1339[/tex]
