Hello!

Light dependent reactions occur in the thylakoid membrane in eukaryotes, or the plasma membrane in prokaryotes.

Light dependent reactions are the reactions in photosynthesis which require light. They start with water, ADP, and NADP+, and use the energy from the sun to produce ATP, NADPH, and O2.

Hope this helps!
