area=144 ft²

width=x

length=4x

perimeter=2(4x+x)

    60=2(5x)

60/2=5x

30=5x

x=30/5

 =6

width=6 ft

length= 4(6)

          =24 ft

area= length * width

        =6*24

        =144 ft²
