Explain how to solve the equation 3/4x + 5 = 11

3/4x + 5 = 11
Move the 5 over to the right side (subtract 5 from both sides)

3/4x= 6
Multiply both sides by 4 to remove denominator (makes it easier)

3x= 24

Divide 24 by 3

X=8
