Explanation:

The War of 1812 was unfortunate and it was pretty much a draw. However, there were some tangible benefits coming from it. For the Americans, the original goals were accomplished. The States wanted the British to quit stopping U.S. ships and kidnapping American sailors to serve in the British Navy against the French. Hope this helps.
