The answer is 11.2

The Pythagorean Theorem says
a^2+b^2=c^2

From the picture, we know one side, and the hypotenuse.

10^2+b^2=15^2
100+b^2=225
b^2=225
Sqrtb^2=sqrt225
b=11.18

Rounded to the nearest tenth it is 11.2
