You didn't provide the slope, but the generic equation is

In your case, [tex](x_0,y_0)=(3,-5)[/tex], so we have

[tex]y+5=m(x-3)[/tex]

Substitute [tex]m[/tex] with the slope you want and you have the equation of the line
