60 + 2/3(60) = 60 + 40 = 100 <== the increase of tables

15/60 = x/100...15 servers to 60 tables = x servers to 100 tables
cross multiply
(60)(x) = (15)(100)
60x = 1500
x = 1500/60
x = 25.....it would take 25 servers
