The equation,

[tex] \frac{y - y1}{x - x1} = \frac{y2 - y1}{x2 - x1} [/tex]

[tex] \frac{y - 2}{x - 1} = \frac{4 - 2}{4 - 1} = \frac{2}{3} [/tex]

[tex]3(y - 2) = 2(x - 1)[/tex]

[tex] = > 3y - 6 = 2x - 2[/tex]

[tex] = > 2x - 3y - 2 + 6 = 0[/tex]
