Answer: Extremely different.

Explanation: Think of it like this, us people on land are pretty privileged as we may not see it, we are. Sailors sailed all around the world searching for land, resources, food, materials etc. While to people on land, ifs pretty much handed to us with a price. The sailors perspective would be seen as we have it easy.
