1) My criteria would be that they are punctual, they can handle things well under pressure and can handle problems maturely, promptly and smoothly. A minor thing would be if they were creative and are able to put things on the table. They must either be from eleventh grade or twelfth grade.
2) They are punctual and can see the bigger picture as well as the minor ones as well. They must also be able to have some creative output and aren’t afraid to show their ideas.
3) 11th & 12th graders mainly work on the art, style and music elements. (Anyone can give ideas)
Administration member can find the location and set the time/ outlook of location. (Make sure that the party runs smoothly and isn’t hard to find)
11th grader can make posters or deign ideas for giving the party more public exposure.
12th grader can make sure that the school and site person allows things and arrange the food/ decorations
“I” take care of all/ look over all of the things and make sure everything is on time while giving/ helping others.
4) make a tin table, daily check ups to see if everyone is on task on time and to organise what is top priority and what not.
