Sugar and salt mix easily in water while sand cannot. Why?

HEY!

The salt dissolves in water because the week bound between the molecules of salt break down and forms a solution in water, but in sand the molecular bond force is higher and it is highly stable so chemical reaction don’t take place , this make the sand to be undissolved in water.
