Answer: 4x^2 - 4x

Step-by-step explanation:

1. Combine the like terms x^2 and 3x^2

4x^2 - 4x

Since x isnt being squared like the other two are it is not a like term of x^2 and 3x^2 because its exponent is technically 1 not 2
