X=y+z+10 you have to move the x by itself of the equal sign

     -10 = xy + z   Subtract z from both sides
-10 - z = xy         Divide both sides by y
[tex] \frac{-10 - z}{y} [/tex] = x   Switch the sides to make it easier to read
x = [tex] \frac{-10 - z}{y} [/tex]
