Why was it necessary for early humans to move from one location to another?

Hello! Early humans were a hunter gatherer society. This means that they didn't plant crops, they had to pick fruit from trees or bushes and hunt animals.  As such, they had to move with animals during their migration in order to keep a constant food source.
