I think that to go to the temperature you you can draw a straight line then on one side write negative the other side positive that the centre write 0 then locate -14 and 12 so negative 14 will fall on the negative side and 12 will fall on the positive side then count from -14 up to positive 12 and you'll find that it changed by 26°
