The solution to your problem is as follows:

y = –x² + 6x –11 

same objective : f(x) = a(x - h)^2 + k as V(h,k) as vertex 

so here: 


y = –x² + 6x – 11 

y = –(x² - 2*3x + 3^2) – 2 
y = - (x - 3)^2 - 2 -----------> h = 3 and k = -2 

Therefore, the coordinates of the vertex for the graph is (3,-2).
