For a science experiment, Jack adds 1 tsp of salt to 3 tsp of water. Mika adds 4 tsp of salt to 9 tsp of water. Whose water is saltier?

mika because if you make the water amounts the same you would multiply the 1/3 by 3 and it would be 3/9 and mika’s is 4/9 so her water is saltier
