Last month, Jada ate 9 apples, 4 bananas, 4 peaches, and 7 oranges. Find the ratio of the bananas to total number of fruit. Explain it's meaning.

Easy. From bananas to all fruit is 4:24.
Basically, a ratio is like a comparison. So we are comparing the number of bananas to the number of fruit.
