Riku says that a and b have the same value in the equations 0.75(a−2)=5.25 and 34b−32=214. Is Riku correct?

a-2=5.25/0.75

a-2=7

a=9

34b= 214+32

34b=246

b=123/17

or 7.235

therefore both answers are different
