I got 4.5 but I don’t if I’m correct
1. you substitute x for 1.5 then y for 3
2. Then you have 2(1.5)^2+ 3^2/3
3. You do exponents which at the end gives you 2(2.25)+9/3
4. You multiply 2 and 2.25 which equals 4.5
5. Add 4.5 and 9 which equals 13.5
5. Last you divide 13.5 and 3 which equals 4.5
Again I might be wrong
