How do you find the slope of (14,-8) and (7,-6)

Use the formula: y^2 - y^1 divided by x^2 - x^1.
x^1= 14, y^1= -8, x^2= 7, y^2= -6
Plug it in: -6- -8 divided by 7-14
Answer: 2/-7
