volume is l×b×h.

thats 16*12*5 that is 960cm cubed.

total surface area is 2(l×b+b×h+h×l).

that's 2(16×12+12×5+16×5).

664 cm squared .

surface area=2(lb+bh+hl)

surface area=2(16×12+12×5+5×16)
