P could be any mixed number above one. When You multiply something by one, you get the same thing. If you multiply it by something bigger, you get something different. So, you should just choose any random mixed number above 1, and your result will equal more than 3 1/4. A number times one will always equal the same thing. Something slightly bigger will result in something bigger. I hope this helped.
