So it is less than 1

B.

We can change -3 to 3 or -2 to 2.

This will result in:

  • [tex](1/4)^{-6}=4^6 >1[/tex]

Look at the exponents around bracket

  • -3 and -2 yields 6
  • (1/4)⁶<1

If any among these two is turned negative it will result greater than 1

Turn -2 to 2
