Bring the 6x from the left side to the right side.
So,
24 = 6x - 6x
24 = x

Answer:

-24 does not equal 0, so therefore there's no solution.

Step-by-step explanation:

In order to get x by its self, you first have to subtract 6x on both sides to get -24 = 0. Next divide 12 on both sides to get -2 = x.

Hope this helps you :)
