I'm assuming the equations are:

Y=-(6/5)x +4

We can solve this in one of two ways:  Mathematically and Graphically.

Math:  

y = -(1/5)x -1

6y = -(6/5)x -6

-(Y=-(6/5)x +4)

5y = -10
