The Tuskegee Airmen overcame prejudice and ignorance to achieve illustrious military and civilian careers, demonstrating to all doubters that brilliance is not a matter of color or race, but of devotion and perseverance. Many more will stand on the shoulders of these remarkable men and women to inspire those who come after them.
