Why did the Japanese attack Pear Harbor? Who planned and led the attack?

Answer: The attacked Pearl Harbour because most of the US Pacific Fleet was sationed there, they wanted to knock out as many ships as possible. They did this because they wanted to take US islands and weaking there Navy would help them. Who led the attack? Isoroku Yamamoto.
