Balanced point of the bar

Apply principle of moment as follows;

Let the balance point from 100 g mass = x

Clockwise moment = anti clockwise moment

100x = 150(20 - x)

100x = 3,000 - 150x

250x = 3000

x = 3000/250

x = 12 cm

Thus, the balance point of the bar from the 100 g mass is 12 cm.
