5/5 would= 1 or completed, so since 3/5 is already completed the fraction would be 2/5 then to change 2/5 into a percent you make it into a decimal 1st
divide 2 by 5 and you get 0.4 . Then move the decimal point to the right twice and end up with 40 so 40% is your answer :) Hope this helped
