2x^2 + 16x - 10 = 0
2(x^2 + 8x)  - 10 = 0
2 [(x + 4)^2 - 16 ]- 10 = 0
[(x + 4)^2 - 16 - 5 = 0
(x + 4)^2 - 21 = 0
(x + 4)^2 = 21
