part A: 6 combinations.

part B: She can have ham with apple or orange juice, turkey with apple or orange juice, or roast beef with apple or orange juice.

 I believe, would be 6 because there's 
1. ham+apple juice
2. ham+orange juice
3. turkey+apple juice 
4.turkey+ orange juice
5. roast beef+ apple juice
6. roast beef+ orange juice
 Unless you have both juices then you just add those to the list.
