Yes.

We know the mass of the Elephant to be more than the mass of the golf ball.
And usually the speed of a golf ball is more than that of  the Elephant.

The elephant can have the same momentum if:

Mass of Elephant * Its speed  =  Mass of golf ball * Its speed
