you can use the fact that the perimeter is 26 to narrow it down to b or c by the fact that you know JL is 7, so JK and KL need to add to 19. to figure out which is longer, look at the portions of JL. the portion AJ is only 3, while AL is 4, so LK will be longer than JK, so C is the answer.
