Are there options given?
In general : Cell walls are present in plant cells and not in animal cells while cell membranes are present in animal cells and not plant cells. In addition, cell walls and cell membranes are made up of different monomers, and cell walls can swell up in response to the cell absorbing alot of water while a cell membrane cannot and would simply burst.
